Прошу помогите, играл за Скинград спокойно себе воевал, почти полностью объединил Южный Сиродил. Решил захватить Эльсвейер, послал канцлера искать повод для войны. Тут же игра вылетела, теперь не запускается и всё время вылетает на начале загрузки, что делать?

Не переживай, тут это обычное дело. Делай по несколько сейвов одного момента, игра любит просто так крашиться при загрузке.

Я, конечно, не переживаю, только теперь игра вообще не запускается и с модом и без. И у меня совершенно нет идей, что делать...

Уже много раз, не помогает.

Игру? Может тогда стоит предварительно снести папку крестоносцев в моих документах? Вообще абсолютно удалить крестоносцев с компа, а потом заново поставить

Да, игру. Только, что проделал это. Всё равно на "Loading Events" вылетело.

Ну я больше ничего бы не сообразил. Разве что скачать другую сборку и забыть о Elder Kings.

ИМХО, по номеру версии видно, что мод слишком сырой и трогать его не стоит

Hi, I’m Colossal Elk, writing on behalf of the Elder Kings development team, and I’d like to welcome you to the Elder Kings 0.1.6 Developer Diary. Our first installment will visit the continent of Akavir and introduce one of its indigenous races: namely, the Kamal. You may know them best as the fearsome culture whose warriors once attempted an invasion of Tamriel in 3492, but the Kamal are hardly opportunists who only fight once in a while. Their culture and their beliefs are characterized by persistence and fearlessness, and these values serve the Kamal well, as they are constantly battling; sometimes with their neighbors, sometimes with themselves, and sometimes with their own homeland.

This homeland bears the same name that they do. Literally, it translates to “Snow Hell” due to its frigid temperatures, brutal weather, barren soil and unwelcoming terrain. Much of it is encased in snow and ice year-round, especially in the winter months.

Only a strong, hardy people could thrive here, but the Kamal are exactly that. Most Kamal practice the faith of the Four Winds, a religion defined not by worship or belief, but by action. The Four Winds religion asserts that the boundless wealth of the lands to the north could be theirs; they must simply take it. To this end, Kamal launch military expeditions whenever they can, especially against the peaceful Tang Mo. These campaigns most frequently occur in the warm summer months when food stores are high and the weather accommodates military mobilization. Usually, only small bands of raiders and adventurers go on the offensive, hunting for treasure and slaves, but every so often, a strong, ambitious king or queen musters the warriors to launch a full-blown invasion. Few have ever been able to make territorial gains, as brave Tang Mo militia fiercely defend every inch of their islands, and strong local navies ensure that no Kamal fleet can stick around for long. Yet the Kamal forces have never truly been vanquished, and their rulers are always planning future incursions. This otherworldly tenacity, alongside the inhospitable nature of their homeland, earned the Kamal the nickname of “Snow Demons;” a badge that they collectively wear with pride. Many Kamal see it as recognition of their ferocity, and it only fuels their desire to invade their Tang Mo neighbors time and again.

The last Kamal Emperor, Djil Dir-Kamal, was a weak ruler who constantly faced insurrections and plots from his vassals. Many demanded greater autonomy and others attempted to conquer the throne. Djil spent nearly every moment of his reign wracked with frustration, and his realm disintegrated after his death.

In 3370, centuries after his passing, the lands of the Kamal are still fragmented, with regular wars over slivers of frozen land and the ice-covered strongholds that dot the landscape.

To most Kamal, this Tang Mo occupation is a horrifying turn of events, and some have begun to openly question whether or not the tenets of the Four Winds are true, and if the old ways really have any chance of bringing them success. Winter Wind cultism, once a seldom-practiced religion, is gaining traction across the island, especially in the mountains and highlands near the new Tang Mo state.

Some rulers have followed the lead of their subjects in embracing this formerly-obscure sect, and in other circumstances, have taken the lead and established states formally sanctioning Winter Wind beliefs and rituals.

Who will establish supremacy on the island of Kamal? Will it be the powerful Karabozut family? Will it be the rising Tang Mo House of Shao’Tsu? Will the Dir-Kamal sally from their strongholds and reinstate their rule? Is Winter Wind cultism on-course to dominate Kamal life across the island?

Nirnian history is yours to make!

*Interesting Characters:

-Fardash Karabozut: A wizened necromancer whose humble origins belie his great powers. He is currently the mightiest Kamal ruler, but his dynasty is very small, making succession tenuous at best.

-Yoom Dir-Kamal: The patriarch of House Dir-Kamal, one of three living members of the family to hold land, and the only one with a title better than Count. He is a middling ruler in terms of skill and manpower.

-Uruku Shao’Tsu: A Tang Mo from the north who put together an army of retainers, adventurers, mercenaries, and vigilantes, and overthrew a native Kamal dynasty to establish his own personal fiefdom. His vassals love him, but his subjects do not.

A note: flags are still a WIP, as are trees on the in-game map. Both are planned for completion for the release of 0.1.6.

Hi, this is Colossal Elk, welcoming you to our second installment in the Elder Kings 0.1.6 Developer Diaries! In our first chapter, we visited the Kamal and learned of their weakened, fragmented situation in 3370. We also learned that this condition has been exploited by an expansionist faction of their nearby archrivals, the Tang Mo. With that, let’s turn our attention north, to the Thousand Monkey Isles, and give a more proper introduction to the monkey-folk.

The name “Tang Mo,” meaning “Thousand Monkey Isles,” refers to both the warm, forested archipelago of south-central Akavir, and the simian people who inhabit it.

Since recorded history, the Tang Mo have practiced the Thousand Monkeys faith, which purports that Nirn’s unpredictable course is the work of a thousand monkey-gods; each turning a thousand wheels to spin the threads of fate. These beliefs promote pacifism, and as a result, the Tang Mo seldom gone to war for offensive purposes. There are a few aggressive cults dedicated to popular Tang Mo gods, but promoting any one deity over the rest of their huge pantheon is well out of the mainstream.

Ironically, the Tang Mo preference for serenity is responsible for a near-constant state of antagonism with their warlike neighbors, especially the Kamal, who see their realms as easy targets for invasion and enslavement. Fortunately for the Tang Mo, their peaceful attitudes are tempered with unfaltering courage. While they generally prefer to avoid fighting, they can and will raise armies when the need arises. Their warriors are resourceful, tenacious and vast in number, and when they stand united, their fleets are mighty enough to repel any navy.

In 3370, the Tang Mo are enjoying one of the finest periods of prosperity that they have ever had. Wars and dynastic struggles throughout the rest of Akavir have kept their age-old adversaries from accosting the simians for over a century.

The aging King of Lang Din, Galooda Tang Miri*, rules over a large and stable realm.

Lang Din’s influence is likely to grow in due time, thanks to a diplomatic plan that resulted in two of Galooda’s very young grandsons inheriting foreign holdings.

But even if both of these realms can be incorporated into Lang Din, Galooda will still only have nominal control over his people as a whole. The incredible prosperity of the last hundred years has caused many noble houses to grow increasingly ambitious and peacefully forge their own independent states. These are removed from the politics of Lang Din and are faring quite well, especially northern realms such as Mahala, currently led by Nakada Wang'Tsua*...

There is also Uruku Shao Tsu's* nascent state in northeastern Kamal, built entirely from conquest.

In the heart of Tang Mo territory, three burgeoning merchant republics are jockeying for the rights to the numerous straits, channels and seaports of the islands.

In 3461, Lang Din and the central Tang Mo region are still doing well, but the lands to the north and to the south have not been so fortunate. The petty kingdom in Vanya has been overthrown by a popular revolt, and the neighboring islands of Om Nat and Rama are occupied by the Kamal.

Yet worse is the situation to the far northeast, where an enormous number of monkey-folk live under the yoke of the Po Tun and have little hope of attaining freedom.

The only northeastern Tang Mo not yet subjugated is the fanatical Hoga Ma’da*, who hopes he can receive aid from the south and liberate his fellow monkey folk.

The court of Ozko*, Monkey-King of Lang Din, clamors for an aggressive response to these transgressions, but his military is not yet large enough. Rumors abound that he is in the midst of addressing this and is building an army, but if such an army exists, he does not have the interest in using it.

In 3492, the territorial situation for the Tang Mo is no better than it was 31 years ago.

However, some events may change that. Ozko has passed on and left the realm and a newly-created fighting force to his son, Barmon*.

The northeastern region is now entirely dominated by Po Tun, but an improved Tang Mo military has a chance of upending that and rescuing their enslaved countrymen.

In the south, scouts report that Kamal raiding parties, which are usually active around the Tang Mo frontier, are nowhere to be found. The scouts also say that an enormous Kamal fleet, larger than any seen ever before, was seen sailing off to the northwest. Perhaps now is the time to strike and reclaim the domain of the Tang Mo. Can you liberate the lands of the north and reinstate simian rule in the southern islands? Or will you accomplish the unprecedented and secure a lasting peace by utterly destroying the Tang Mo’s foreign enemies?

Two of those enemies, the Po Tun and Tsaesci, will be the subjects of our next developer diary!

*Interesting Characters in 3370:

-Galooda Tang Miri: King of Lang Din, who has had the good fortune to see two of his grandsons inherit a large amount of land in a short span of time.

-Nakada Wang'Tsua: Petty King of Mahala, a relatively powerful state that is poised to expand...if the king is willing to go to war.

-Fringo Hiria'siap: Petty King of Kansi, he has Po Tun adversaries to the north, and will need a steely resolve to repel their inevitable incursions.

-Uruku Shao Tsu: Petty King of Vanya, he shocked his contemporaries when he led a band of ambitious warriors to sack and occupy the northeastern lands of the Kamal.

*Interesting Characters in 3461:

-Ozko Tang Miri: King of Lang Din and notoriously unwilling to go to war. This is the result of an ongoing military buildup, which he hopes will be ready as soon as possible.

-Hoga Ma'da: Count of Mae San, he is a courageous and dedicated warrior, but is surrounded by enemies. Acquiring assistance from the south is probably his only chance of maintaining his independence.

*Interesting Characters in 3492:

-Barmon Tang Miri: King of Lang Din. His father, Ozko, constructed a fleet and trained an army in preparation to liberate those Tang Mo who live under the control of the Po Tun and Kamal. Now it is finally ready and awaiting orders. The onus is on Barmon to do something with his new fighting force.

Только нагрузку увеличивать. Tamriel Only...

Лучше бы механики на Тамриэле пилили

ну идея моддеров такова - все играют в Тамриэле + некоторые эсктрималы за Орду Мертвецов и Огрнума.

Про Восток мы ничего не знаем, особого интереса нету к нему.

Но это же часть контента, нужно подогреть интерес к нему...

Лучше бы подергали интерес к другим фичам, например: другие эпохи, различные механики игры за разные расы/религии, особенности религий и болезней(вампиризм, ликантропия и т.п.).

Лучше бы просто адаптировали мод под актуальную версию игры, и чтоб не вылетало.

Да, к сожалению. Команда EK официально заявила даже на плазе о разработке мода для CK3, и насколько я понял, хоть не говорили о полной приостановке разработки для CK2, но число новых ревизий за недавн
