Hearts of Iron 3 возвращается с версией 12! Новые интересные функции и изменения в карте, деревьях технологий и юнитах, которые сделают общий процесс игры гораздо более приятным. 

 

 

Installation:

1)IF You're using the steam version do this:
Move the game out of the steam folder, and launch it using the launcher.exe in the future (create a shortcut or add it to your start menu).

2) Download the mod.
3) Launch the installer.
4) Select the BASE game folder as written in the installer.
5) Let it extract, say yes to any override requests.
6) Run the “zDsafe_ExePatcher.exe” located in the main folder.
7) Start the game. Once in the main menu go into the Utility. On the “Special” page press “Remove Sprites”.
8) Restart and enjoy the game.

Major Changes
 

  • Terrain rework:
    • Too many terrain changes to actually list. Terrain should be now more accurate although there might be some inaccuracies or simplifications for the sake of the gameplay.
    • Added new terrain types:
      • swamp
      • highlands
      • hills woods/forest/jungle/desert/arctic
      • mountain woods/forest/jungle/desert/arctic
    • Tweaked terrain modifiers for all units, technologies and leader traits
  • Experience and Training system rework
    • Went back to the old system with a few tweaks aiming at properly simulating decline in troops quality as the war progresses. In order to achieve that we:
      • removed branch specific training laws
      • tweaked repair rate of units for each training law
      • brought back “Starting Experience” as measurement of training and unit quality
      • tweaked experience gain from combat
      • tweaked Repair Rate bonuses from event, strategic modifiers and ministers
    • Training laws do not give direct bonuses - they trigger strategic effects over time
    • added option to get starting xp instead of vet HQ/elite HQ/BC/aces for events spawning them
  • IC efficiency nerf to attempt preventing unit numbers going out of hand in late war
    • Added “tech decay” similar to the one affecting unit stats meaning that IC efficiency won’t snowball later in the war
    • tweaked bonuses from techs and certain event/strategic effects
    • reduced base IC efficiency
    • tweaked cost of buildings
  • New GUI
    • Reworked every tab (diplo, production etc.)
      • Updated textures for backgrounds and buttons
      • Moved things around to be more accessible and easier to read
    • Reworked province screen
      • Updated textures for almost every piece of it
      • Everything is aligned properly now and clearer, bigger fonts
    • New textures for unit tabs and leader selection

General
 

  • many Ostfront tweaks to go well with new IC/training systems. Important note here. Make a save on June 22nd. Play it, let me know if it was too easy or too hard so I can adjust the values. Those changes will be save compatible, are easy to implement and once done you can simply restart from that save.
  • SOV leaders rework:
    • New pictures for… thousands of them
    • Added new traits:
      • Russian Liberation Army
      • Red Fleret and COastal Army
      • Soviet Air Forces and Air Defence
    • Added event with NKVD leaders purge
  • reverted event spawned ships to be built in queue like any other unit
  • tweaked the triggers for the second vienna award so it fires on a historical date
    • also tweaked Romanian joining axis event so player can decline it
  • Moscow and Leningrad will remain lvl10 forts in AI vs AI scenario
  • Winter Offensive won’t happen with Barbarossa modifiers still being in place
  • reworked Bank for International Settlements events. They're the same for minors and majors now and give the option to pick investment into one of three areas: IC, LS and money.
  • tweaks to minister types:
    • insignificant buff to insignificant layman
    • nerfed smiling oilman
    • money buff for old general
    • money laissez faires capitalist
    • removed money penalty from theoretical scientist
    • research specialist money penalty replaced with LS penalty
    • technical specialist now gives higher LS bonus but also research eff penalty
    • reduced money penalties on science specialised ministers and increased benefits from events
    • military entrepreneur now gives small Unit Repair bonus
    • school of psychology starting xp bonus is back
    • school of mass combat now comes with small starting xp penalty
  • added tiers to tank/air/naval producer effects based on IC and availability of resources
  • increased money cost of education laws
  • Added some IC to SOV
  • removed effects killing JAP in AI vs AI scenario
  • tweaked SOV purges
  • increased weather buildings effects
  • SOV now gets temporary fort attack bonuses to allow successful winter offensives

  • Artillery is now split into 3 separate CA groups:
    • Light Artillery - Artillery, Rocket Artillery and Pack Art
    • Heavy Artillery - Medium and Heavy Artillery
    • Mobile Artillery - SP Artillery and Rocket Artillery
  • Hiryu construction added as a decision (removed from starting production queue)
  • rebalanced AA values for ships to make them more in line with historical use of ships
  • nerfed Mot/mech infantry combat stats
  • mot inf is now faster than mech inf
  • Kampfgruppe are now separate CA group and serve as an HQ
  • Kampfgruppe are now permanent
  • buffed armor brigade
  • buffed armor battalion
  • nerfed assault guns
  • tweaked speeds of trucks and halftracks
  • added ic/days penalties to some events that were missed
  • historical SS divs will spawn around historical dates

Не подскажете на какой странице ссылочка на рабочую 10.32?  и подробненький гайд по ее установке (ну как для хронического идиота... если что у меня и справочка есть :madness:)
А то что то мне не везет, скачал перед новым годом, не пошла  :020:
И кстати, может можно ее выложить в шапку канала, как и другие (6.26, 8.4, 8.5)?

Народ, помогите пожалуйста разобраться. Играю за Италию. 44 год. Высаживаю войска на остров к бритацам, и наблюдаю такую картину : британцы практически не несут потери , а мои войска, дружно ,  дивизия за дивизией отправляются восстанавливаться в столицу. Ничего не пойму. Технологии прокачаны. Дивизии танковые . Но все без толку. Коэффициент атаки у англичан 600% а у меня 200. Ранее мучился с такой ситуацией в Египте. C чем это связанно ? Слабость Итальянцев где-то прописана в файлах игры что ли ?

За высадку с моря гигантские штрафы, возможно дело в этом.

Камрады,позвольте доложить.Виктория!Тем кто играет за Рейх.Как я выбивал англичан из Сев.Африки.Это труднее и интереснее чем Морской Лев.Много раз все было на лезвии бритвы.03.09.1939 начал одновременно вторжение в Польшу,Францию и Африку.По совету друзей летом 1939 дислоцировал войска в Тобруке и на итальянских островах Rodi и Dodecanese.Всего удалось выделить 15 пех.дивизий+3 арм.пех.корпуса+2 див.морпеха+6  смешанных бригад ВДВ(все что можно запихнуть в самолет).Гордость ВМФ Бисмарк и Тирпиц тоже оставил в Средиземноморье для охраны транспорта.В Красное море отправил два тяж.крейсера.По моим представлениям они должны были топить транспортную шелупонь Альянса.5 пех.дивизий начали наступление из Тобрука и без особых проблем через Эл-Элемейн подошли к Александрии.Бур-Саид захватил силами ВДВ из Dodecanese.Десант пришлось забрасывать двумя волнами так как транспортники приходится постоянно гонять в Берлин на восстановление.Из Бур-Саида двумя дивизиями морпеха и опять ВДВ захватил Романи.04 ноября 1939 взял Каир.Наверное я слишком рано убрал крейсеры из Красного моря.В Ras Ghbid нарисовалась 150 000 группировка англичан.Я ее окружил и добиваю.Две пех.дивизии  вдоль берега подошли к Иерусалиму.Отступавшие параллельно англичане их обогнали и создали мощную группировку.04.12.1939 капитулировала Франция.Теперь жду реакции ИИ.С одной стороны все исторично,но опережаю события на год.И зачем мне теперь Греция?Но Муссолини мне придется помогать.Совместно с итальянцами взял Мальту.Теперь уже надоевший Морской Лев.

Да нет , я нашел неохраняемый порт и высаживают туда , так что дело не в высадке. Похоже что это из-за того , что у Англичан прокачана на максимум технология на увелничение состава дивизий . Но почему в Египте такая же ситуация была -не понятно. Кстати, подскажите куда ресурсы (уголь, метал ) используется ? У меня когда было 450 ПП то , ресурсы в плюс шли, а сейчас 600 и пошли огромные минуса. Знаю что некоторые технологии дают минус , но все такие не пойму куда столько ресурсов уходит

На сколько я разобрался, ресурсы помимо технологий и инвентов уходят на строительство сооружений, объектов и т.п. и на создание новых юнитов (дивизии, корабли, самолеты). Ну и действия противника тоже не исключение, стратегические бомбардировки наносят вред инфраструктуре и влекут уменьшение добычи ресурсов, а в последствии и тратят их на восстановление, ну и война на море (охота на конвои и торговые суда). Но я могу и ошибаться, я не такой большой знаток как бы мне хотелось, сам только учусь :smile173:

Подскажите пожалуйста, что за технологию нужно изучить что бы начать строить специализированные заводы (танковый, авиационный, боеприпасов), центры подготовки и научные центры? 
И еще подскажите, кто как борется с геноцидом офицеров при игре за СССР?

Индустрию по 6, производство стали до 3.После этого загорятся техи и на танковый ина оружейный и на все остальное.

Кто-то редактирует инвент на чистку офицеров. Он где-то в файлах мода , я его пока не нашел.  Когда играл за СССР , то когда выскакивал инвент , я просто сохранялся и выходил из игры , потом загружал игру и, как бы, инвента уже не было .

Изменений множество, самое главное - кардинальный морской ребаланс.

Huge naval rebalance part 63.

Since not everything was working as intended… everything was changed.

First of all DD spam shouldn’t be as effective as it used to be. To some degree, simply because we can’t fully remove one fundamental rule of HoI3: quantity > quality. So DDs might still have chances against BB if they outnumber them greatly, but it shouldn’t be as easy as it was. Plus now CV absolutely obliterate DDs.

All other naval units were rebalanced too. Now they bring more punch to the battle per hull point. There are of course some additional rules around it but thatąs the basic setup.

Another big change is tech decay for naval techs and units. It’s gone. Completely. Mostly because of older ships reaching negative stats at some point in the game.

Naval techs were completely reworked in terms of bonuses and how they affect each other.

Now techs that CAN’T upgrade automatically like armour techs, engine, torpedo protection etc. don’t give any bonuses. All they do is unlocking new level of Class tech for certain type of ship. So now to unlock Battleship VI for example you need to research all armour, weapons and propulsion techs.

Techs that do upgrade automatically like radars, damage control or ammunition types give standard bonuses and are not necessary to unlock new models of ships.

Ship Class techs are separated into two techs. First one has only 3 (4 in case of DDs) levels and give smaller bonuses. It to an extent represents slower pace of naval technology development in interwar period, limitations due to naval treaties etc. After researching it to the max actual Ship Class technology will unlock giving bigger bonuses. This is around 1936/7 when arms race started again. Not all ship types are a subject to that change.

CAG sizes were tweaked too. Old system was bug and exploit friendly so it was changed completely. Now it’s based on few events and techs researched by player. You research certain techs (main CAG Size tech with list and combinations is in the Naval Doctrines) and events will automatically grant +1 CAG Size to your CVs. Remember it just allows you to put more CAGs on a CV. You still need to build those extra CAGs.

Air technologies changes. Some limits and requirements were put in place to fix the huge gap between Light and Heavy planes. Some techs now require you to have one or another. For example MG/Cannon is now 3 levels (up from 1) and only one level can be researched if you pick Light Planes. But as a bonus you don’t need catapults on your CVs to research later CAG models. And another example - Armour Plating now also increases STR of air units.

Большое человеческое спасибо,камрад.Я сейчас добиваю 9.1.Потом попробую последнею версию.Вы случайно не знаете после  9.1 выходили сабмоды GGA и TRE?И что за человек или коллектив это делал?

На этот раз Морской Лев получился трудным, но шесть Больших побед я одержал.Главный плацдарм высадки Weymouth превратился в мясорубку в стиле Первой мировой.Потери англичан-193904,потери вермахта-78672.Безвозвратно потеряна моя тяж.танковая дивизия СС. Я лично погиб.Со мной такое впервые.Мне показали фото кладбища и какое-то посвящение на английском.Наверное из Киплинга или цитата из Библии. Могилка мне понравилась,место хорошее,земля мягкая.Вот и вся печальная романтика Ремарка.Но переигрывать я не не буду!Удалось спасти три обескровленные дивизии.Я предусмотрительно держал транспорт в Ла-Манше  и они смогли на него перебраться.

В Сев.Африке выгнал англичан на линию Хургады.Но откуда-то из пустыни и джунглей Центральной Африки ползут и ползут бронетанковые дивизии.Не перестаешь удивляться масштабам Британской империи.А особенно их суперфлоту,который штрафы игнорирует.

Я вообще до войны не доживаю :020:персонаж всегда умирает в марте 1936 года. Почему не знаю, но так постоянно, за какую бы страну я не играл.

А насчет бронетанковых дивизий... ко мне тут недавно немцы в гости пришли... с собой захватили 131 танковую дивизию, не считая пехотных и мотопехотных и спец подразделений... угощаю их  чем могу :antispam:

надо ставить не в /mod  а в /tfh/mod     introductio/help несет чисто информационный характер и объясняет механику игры и ивентов   Всю информация я естественно не смогу тут
