Victoria 3 is so lag! The later game runs at the same speed as a snail! This mod will drastically reduce POP units, remove building and carrier models, reduce the resolution of shadows, clouds and water, and increase the build power available for individual buildings. Overall, there is no impact on balance, although assimilation progress will be slightly accelerated - and that's for your CPU's sake.
Now you can play through 1936 smoothly at once without annoying lags and crashes. God bless your CPU!

Detailed description：

POP assimilation and conversion minimums are increased from 10 to 100.
Same workforce POP forced merge minimum value increased from 10 to 1000.
Unit requirement for same workforce POP forced merge adjusted from more than 4 POP to start from 3 POP.

Available construction power of buildings increased from 20 to 100.

Removed almost all models of buildings, carriers, and environmental creatures.
Removed a lot of clouds, water, and shadows.
Adjusted the rendering of the map. The appearance of all borders was reduced.

Some resolutions have been added:
1. All POP will change to primary culture/state religion
Warning: This clearly affects balance. If you are not forced to do so, do not use this.

2.Only effcet incorporated states. POP with accepte culture/accepte religion will not change.
